Test Scripture: “And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem” (Luke 24:47 KJV).

Evaluation: If they Preach and Teach, Acts 2:38.

This has become the dividing line of “professing Christians” who despise the Word of God and “Christians” who obey the Word of God.

I have found that in my time as a Christian that many professing Christian teachers who have been infected by heretical teachings have refused to preach/ teach Acts 2:38.

If you’d like to test your favorite teacher or preacher (test the spirits /1 John 4:1) whether they are of God or not, see if they have preaching or teachings on Acts 2:38. You can also ask them their belief on the scripture (Acts 2:38) and if you hear a twisted interpretation of the verse or an outright disregard of the scripture then it’s highly likely they have been tainted and are men-pleasers rather than God-pleasers. They need to repent and obey Acts 2:38 themselves then preach and teach it to recover.

A True minister of the Word of God will preach and teach Acts 2:38 as is. He will not modify it or disregard that scripture in his ministry for it is vital in the process of Salvation.

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” (1 John 4:1 KJV).

I watched one of your videos that was posted on oct 2016. And i needed help because of my lack of obedience, but when you were talking about your revelation that God gave to you, how everyone who is a preacher, minister, believer, etc. All had smiles on their faces thinking they will recieve the prize of eternal life and when u said they came out the other side grieved and nashed their teeth with bitterness. I dont feel saved and i dont want to stay in this position. My life changed since oct 21 2018 but I’ve been struggling spiritually ever since. I dont have a teacher or preacher to guide me and to help me. I have two friends that confessed Christ to me but their works i dont see. I feel alone and I need help. I look up what to do in a struggling matter but eventually its not enough. I dont even know if I am saved or not, I dont know what I can do. Please help

thank you for that information. I am glad you have been encouraged by the videos and teachings. I praise God for that. As for the questions you ask, there is relief and resolution. I would want you to KNOW that the only reason you have an interest to be saved and come closer to the Kingdom of God is because the Father (God) is drawing you to Jesus Christ. “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.” John 644. The mere reason you have a desire to know Jesus is because the Father is calling your name. This is very pivotal because just as the Father desires you to come closer to his kingdom, the devil desires to sift you away as wheat. There is a tug-o-war in a sense for your soul. But God is bigger and greater than the devil. The thing you must to is yield to the Spirits drawing power. You must obey the commands of the Lord Jesus. You understand the Gospel, death burial and resurrection, now you must obey the commands. Jesus said, he that believeth and is Baptized shall be saved. Baptism comes next. You realize your sin and confess it to God then get baptized. You must be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38). I can assist with this depending on your location. I will leave my email below for you to get a hold of me and send me your exact location. Secondly, you must study the Word of God. Start in the Gospels and learn about the Savior, Jesus Christ. Then understand the relation that a Gentile (non-jew) can have with Christ through adoption and being a seed of Abraham. There is a promise given to Abraham by God and the seed of Abraham are heirs of salvation. There is a Hope one can have when they realize their status as born-again believers.

Rest assured, there is hope but there is also sacrifice. We are to offer up our bodies as living sacrifices HOLY and acceptable unto the Lord which is our duty. This entails abstaining from willful sins. When we want to live Holy we understand that sin separates us from God and will hinder our prayers. So ridding sin from our lives should be done via obedience to His Word and reliance on the Truth of the Holy Spirit.

You can reach me at savedbypreaching@gmail.com and we can reference you to a church or a brother in Christ in your area that can baptize you properly.

Thanks for saying that some people online are saying only jews twelve tribes of Jacob can be saved but they can in a sense become adopted Jews through christ and obeying the word of god

24But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel….

    Gabriel · November 12, 2019 at 7:50 am

That’s why Jesus came, originally to his own, but his own knew him not. John 1:11.
But Grace have been given to us (gentile) to be the sons of God, via adoption. “Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,” Eph 1:5
    Praise the Lord!

I have a question. I recently was given a book by the author, Rick Warren “Purpose Driven Life” my question is, is this okay for a professing saved Christian to read?

    Gabriel · November 21, 2019 at 9:33 am

Good question. I was also given that book yrs ago. When I first got saved actually, which was yrs ago. The person who gave it to me was in good motive I believe, however, I had not interest in the book. I never read it or felt compelled to do so. I was hungry for the Word of God that that was sufficient to fulfill the desire for reading and growth. I can’t really comment on the content of the book but my Spirit is cautious of such a book.
